Editor’s Note: We see a lot of animals in New Orleans. There’s the goat on St. Charles street, the pig in the Bywater, and there’s that lovely story about the bunny who gets walked in City Park. We have a new addition to add to our favorite animals, and it comes to us from Aubrey Allison, a yoga instructor and Social Media Specialist and Copywriter for Imaginal Marketing Group, Inc. Our new favorite NOLA animal is Marlo, a baby kangaroo who you might see out at the coffee shops, which is where Aubrey first fell in love with Marlo. It’s a true NOLA love story, y’all–weird, illogical, and totally serendipitous–and that’s why we find it irresistible.
