Things are hanging by a thread – many threads – at the CAC. In a good way.
Tonight, the CAC hosts an artist reception for Miss Pussycat’s new exhibition “ANTHROPOMORPHIZER !!”, from 6 – 8 PM at the corner gallery of the CAC (900 Camp Street), where she will spend the next three months producing one hundred puppets in a working studio. Miss Pussycat’s work consists of sculpted puppets and miniaturized landscapes, within which she intends to evoke the supernatural. The event will feature DJ sets by Quintron and Rotten Milk. “Puppet Colada” cocktails and $2 PBRs will be available for purchase.
