As days go by and the air gets cooler, we struggle to hide our excitement that the holiday season is emerging. We start hanging up lights, listening to holiday music on the radio, and ordering warm peppermint mochas before they leave the menu again. But more importantly, what are holidays without boozy beverages and fresh-baked desserts? The Sazerac House, located in downtown New Orleans, celebrates the city’s culture through the discovery of iconic drinks and hosting interactive cocktail exhibits. To help us get into the holiday spirit they have teamed up with the Bywater Bakery to host the perfect evening, exploring the history and creation of bourbon cocktails and desserts. The Bar Experts of the Sazerac House will work closely with the Bakers at Bywater Bakery to create the perfect pair as they serve you a cocktail and a delicious slice of pie. If you enjoy yourself a nice drink and wish to satisfy your sweet tooth, look no further. Cheers to the holidays!
