The poetic city: “Not Yet 9/7/2020”

Nov 09, 2020 • City Contexts, Creative Writing, Social Class
Not Yet   9/7/2020

So we give thanks to time
each night for its bounty,
And each morning we pray,
“not yet, not yet.”
